The project is currently in the design phase and will soon be moving into the bidding-phase. Butterfield Road will be widened and improved from Naperville Road west to Route 59 (a distance of 6.2 miles total).
Though the current outlook may seem bleak, there are opportunities out there. In DuPage County, we are rather lucky to have so many large-scale employers located within our borders.
The 8th-annual Naperville Wine Festival begins tomorrow, Friday, Sepetember 17th (4PM – 10PM) and continues through Saturday, September 18th (3PM – 9PM). The festival is located at Naper Settlement, just south of downtown Naperville.

If you have young children and haven’t attended a previous Safety Saturday, you won’t want to miss this event! There is a lot to like about this event. First of all, admission is free, but what I like most is that the event is really fun! It’s geared to kids and promotes awareness and child safety.
