DuPage County is offering a new program designed to assist residents who have little or no dental insurance. The program is available to anyone living in DuPage County. Anyone who would like to take advantage of this program will be accepted.
The program should not be confused with dental insurance; this is not dental insurance being offered. It is a discount program that provides savings of up to 50% for common dental procedures such as oral exams, teeth cleanings, denture work, root canals, and crowns. In addition, the program provides a 20% discount on all orthodontics and related-procuderes for both adults and children. When available, the 20% savings are extended to any specialty service.
Members do not need to complete forms or submit claims to receive the discount. Simply schedule appointments with participating dentists or dental specialists receive the discounted service price.
The program costs $6.95 per month ($59 annually) for individuals, and $8.95 per month ($69 annually) for families. You can even try the dental plan out, risk-free, for 30-days.
