Naperville’s Last Fling is this weekend, beginning Friday, September 2nd at 5PM and running through Monday, September 5th 6PM. The Labor Day weekend event is a sure sign that summer is coming to an end…
The Last Fling features food, live entertainment, and fun for the whole family. The Naperville Jaycees’ sponsored event includes carnival rides and kid-friendly activities that are sure to bring thrills and smiles. The event takes place near Webster and Aurora Avenue (Naperville Settlement area). The Family Fun Land in Naperville Settlement includes: bounce/jumping features, a petting zoo, radio Disney entertainment stage, and arts and crafts area, food and beverages (including healthy options for kids), face painting and glitter tattoos, and more.
This year’s Last Fling features some great live bands jamming out music that the whole family can enjoy. This years major headliners include the Gin Blossoms and Poi Dog Pondering. Here’s the main stage live music schedule:

Much like Rib Fest, the Last Fling can get pretty crowded and parking is somewhat limited (especially for headliner shows). Admission to the main areas of the event are free, but tickets must be purchased for headliner music shows.
