March begins maple syrup month at West Chicago’s, Kline Creek Farm. “Maple Sugaring” will take place Saturday, March 3rd and Sunday, March 4th. Stop by between the hours of 10AM and 4PM to try your hand at tree tapping. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the 1890’s processes used to collect and process maple sap.
