On Friday, April 13th at 6:30PM, Cantigny Park will host “A Night at the Mansion.” This family event, suited to kids of 5 to 10 years of age (and their parents), is sure to be a fun night to remember.
Guests will stay overnight in the Robert R. McCormick mansion; bring a comfy pillow and sleeping bag for this event. A staff member from the Glen Ellyn’s Willowbrook Wildlife Center will visit with owls and discuss some fun and interesting owl facts. Kids will then enjoy a craft project and tour the mansion by flashlight. Once the mansion tour has ended, everyone will get settled into their sleeping bags to watch “Legend of the Gardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole.”
The cost for this event is $40 per person and includes:
- Continental breakfast on Saturday morning
- All craft supplies
- Snacks and beverages
- Full park access on Saturday
- Entertainment
- Parking

Cantigny is located in central DuPage County on the east side of Winfield Road, just south of Roosevelt Road in Wheaton. There is an entrance/exit to I-88 at Winfield Road, head north on Winfield Road from I-88 to Cantigny.
