Naperville Man Sued in Facebook Speeding Case

Naperville Facebook CaseMore and more, information posted to Facebook is being used as evidence in litigation cases.

Revanth Vema, 28, of Naperville, had recently posted a photo of his car with a message that he was “ready to drive at 90-mph.”  It is alleged that Mr. Vema’s excessive speed caused an accident and very serious injuries to two motorcycle riders.
