Mallard Lake is located in Hanover Park on the north side of Schick Road. Take County Farm Road north to Schick Rd and turn right heading east. The entrance to the Mallard Lake Forest Preserve will be on your left.

Mallard Lake, a 942-acre forest preserve in DuPage County has open waters, wetlands, fields and scattered woodlands with wildlife such as beavers, great blue herons, bullfrogs, eastern meadowlarks, bobolinks, red-tailed hawks and kestrels.
