The past five years have been tough on the downtown Glen Ellyn economy. Many longstanding businesses have closed or left the downtown area. Now, despite a tough economy, businesses are slowly returning. Two new businesses are set to open this fall and the hope is that more are still to come.

This Saturday, October 8th, Cantigny in Wheaton will celebrate autumn with their annual Fall Festival.
