This is a directory of social services and public resource organizations serving DuPage County. Some of these organizations are private charities and some are sponsored by DuPage County (i.e. your tax dollars at work). All are worthy organizations intended to assist DuPage County residents in times of need.
On Saturday, March 12th, from 8AM – 10AM, the Rotary Club of Naperville Sunrise is hosting the annualy St. Paddy’s Day 5k Race. The race will start and finish at the West / Jackson intersection in downtown Naperville.

Tuesday, August 3rd is National Night Out. Cities throughout DuPage County (and nationwide) will be holding National Night Out events.
Kelly Park in Wheaton is located at the corner of Elm Street and Main Street. If you were heading west-bound on Roosevelt Road, you would turn left (south) on Main Street and travel a half-mile to the park.
Prior to my search, I had no knowledge of any hotels in Westmont, but found the Homestead Westmont and the Clubhouse Inn & Suites Westmont Hotel.
Glen Ellyn and Lombard have recently been at odds over the costs of required repairs to the Hill Avenue bridge. The Hill Ave. bridge is within the Lombard city limits, yet Lombard feels that Glen Ellyn (due to its supplied traffic and proximity to the bridge) shares an obligation in the costs to repair the bridge.
