Weekend of Record Rainfall and Flooding in DuPage
By 7:15PM, the sun had returned in North Aurora. It was only a temporary clearing, because throughout the rest of Friday night and much of Saturday morning, the rain came down. In fact, many portions of DuPage County received nearly 8″ of rain in less than 24-hours.
